PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and design iControl to operate primarily on your device and local network.
INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
iControl stores information locally to provide its functionality, including:
Paired music libraries and connection information
Pairing identifiers
Application preferences and display settings
Library browsing customizations
Diagnostic logs
This information is not automatically shared or uploaded.
Information necessary for connecting to and controlling music libraries is exchanged with the selected music server.
LOCAL NETWORK ACCESS
iControl uses your local network to discover, connect to, browse, and control compatible Apple Music and iTunes libraries.
Information exchanged with these libraries may include music metadata, playlists, artwork, playback status, and control commands.
INTERNET ACCESS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain features require connections to external Internet services.
Radio Artwork: iControl may contact the Internet radio station site, streaming URL and/or Google's favicon service to retrieve artwork associated with Internet radio stations.
Radio Check: iControl may connect to Internet radio servers to determine stream availability and format.
Radio Stream Title: iControl may connect to Internet radio streams to retrieve currently playing title information.
Advertising: iControl displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google's advertising services may automatically collect and process information, including IP addresses, device identifiers, application interactions, and diagnostic information, for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention.
External services may receive technical connection information, including your IP address, and process it according to their own privacy policies.

DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION
iControl maintains diagnostic information to help identify and troubleshoot application problems.
On Android, diagnostic logcat information is captured automatically and stored locally on the device. Logs may contain technical details such as device information, network addresses, media metadata, and error messages.
Users may choose to copy or share diagnostic logs. iControl does not automatically transmit these logs.
DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING
iControl does not require user registration or an account. The application is supported by advertising or subscriptions.
iControl does not automatically share your music library information, playback history, preferences, or diagnostic logs through the functionality described in this policy.
Information may be exchanged with your selected music library or external services as necessary for the features you use.
Third-party advertising services may independently collect and process information as described above.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Application preferences and paired library information remain stored on your device until removed through the application or by clearing its application data.
Diagnostic logs are retained locally subject to application logging limits.
Uninstalling iControl removes its application-private data, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior.
Information collected by third-party services is subject to their respective data retention and deletion practices.
